The Tallahassee Democrat and Kerr & Downs Research are forming a sample of people
in Leon County to participate in an ongoing survey that will be held about once a
month. Each questionnaire will be short, involving only a few questions.
Your answers will help decision makers in our community understand how our
citizens feel on various issues. The sample of people chosen will be demographically
representative of all Leon County residents in terms of age, race, income, etc. This
questionnaire is being used to select a sample of demographically representative
residents to include in the study.
By completing this questionnaire you are not guaranteed to be part of the study nor
are you obligating yourself to participate. Any information that you provide will be
held in strict confidence by Kerr & Downs Research and will not be released in any
way to any other party.
