RESEARCH STAFF

JOEY ST. GERMAIN  

Senior Project Director

Joey came to Florida from Minnesota in 2002 with a fellowship to continue his education at Florida State University. He then worked for three years as an academic advisor at Florida State University before being recruited to Kerr & Downs Research.

Joey is the consummate professional and is known for his prompt response to and courteous interactions with clients. He is also a valuable contributor to the smooth execution of day-to-day project management. Joey’s vast background in statistics and statistical methods allows for sophisticated analyses of data to be conducted. This knowledge, in addition to his years of experience reading and interpreting data, turn into action-oriented results for each client.

Joey graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota – Duluth with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and received his Master of Science in Educational Psychology from Florida State University. He is working towards a doctorate (currently ABD) in Educational Psychology from Florida State University.

SONIA PRUSAITIS

Project Director and Senior IT Director

Sonia's experience researching international marketing in the motion picture industry while completing her undergraduate degree encouraged her to pursue a career in marketing and market research.

Sonia has managed nearly 100 projects for corporate, state, and non-profit clients. She has successfully managed research projects for the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Optometric Association, the Association of Career and Technical Education, and the Institute of Food Technologists, to name just a few. Drawing from her background in marketing theory research and economics, she possesses a keen ability to develop strategic conclusions from statistical data. Her abilities in statistical methods and applied economics yield high-quality data analysis and interpretation.

Sonia graduated with honors from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in International Business.

JOSH JOHNSON

Project Director

Josh is the most recent addition to Kerr & Downs Research. He previously worked at Aces Fast Pitch where he gained a proficiency in database management, product marketing, product development and customer service.

With great attention to detail, Josh guarantees the highest level of service to our clients. Ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget, he brings an outstanding level of professionalism to the most discerning clients. His design and layout knowledge lend to his ability to craft sleek, professional reports tailored to each client’s needs.

Josh received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and his Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconin - Stout. He is working towards a doctorate (currently ABD) in Educational Psychology from Florida State University.
