Our office is equipped with full focus group facilities. The focus group room seats up to twelve participants and a moderator. An adjacent meeting room allows clients to comfortably watch sessions from behind a two-way mirror. Kerr & Downs Research also offers a separate reception area for participants. Facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art technology; video and audio recording systems preserve all information gathered from the session. The office also has kitchen facilities for preparing meals for focus group guests and clients. Kerr & Downs Research has a 25-station CATI (computer assisted telephone interviewing) facility that allows quick turnaround on telephone studies. Kerr & Downs Research is conveniently located in the Killearn area of Tallahassee, Florida. The office is convenient to numerous restaurants and hotels, as well as I-10.
