Analytical Techniques
AnswerTree
For a government agency, Kerr & Downs Research conducted a AnswerTree analyses to determine the likelihood of applying for a free home inspection and the likelihood of applying for a grant. This type of analysis allows our clients how to tailor its future messages to reinforce the segments that are already likely to apply, and can focus its messages on segments that are not likely to apply. The figures below display the results.
Discriminant Analysis
For a large bank with offices in multiple states, Kerr & Downs Research conducted a discriminant analysis to determine the addition of new products and services. This analysis allows our clients to alter banker training accordingly. The figure below displays the results.
Structural Equation Modeling
For multiple government clients, Kerr & Downs Research has utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to determine citizen satisfaction. The SEM model allows government officials to recognize which policies/services are important to their constituents. The figure below displays the results of two such models.
Combined Techniques
For a national association, Kerr & Downs Research combined the use of discriminant analysis and multiple regression to determine predictors of association membership renewal and recertification. This analysis provided the association insight into ways to increase membership renewal and recertification. The figure below shows the results of this analysis.
