Downs, Ph.D. (UNC - Chapel Hill) and Roger Formisano, Ph.D. (UNC - Chapel Hill), the two partners of Kerr & Downs Research, have doctoral degrees in business administration with specialization in marketing and marketing research. Drs. Downs & Formisano have spent over 50 years studying and teaching marketing strategy at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Downs and Formisano's technical expertise includes research design issues such as sampling processes and questionnaire development; statistical analysis including a full range of multivariate techniques; and presentation of survey results. We combine academic rigor and bottom-line business sense in research design.

If needed, one of our partners will meet with key individuals from your organization to help implement the recommendations and make your research results work for you.
